Ok Amanda I have been holding out for sometime since I read your question but I feel it is necessary to chime in. Pranks are good and fun but sometimes we can accidentally hurt someone's feelings if we are not careful. Yes some people deserve what they get and so much more. But as a good person deep inside I know that is not what you are aiming for.
So a good prank will only entertain for a short period of time. After that what will you do???
Simple... I use this on occassion for family get togethers and even use it on my dog. He eats them faster than I can hit him with them! What is it? A marshmallow gun that you make yourself. And unless you get a direct hit on an eye they are as harmless as they are fattening...
how do you do this? Well I was going to take a pic of mine and show you how it is put together but I found it on a wiki-how. You can either get the materials and put them together beforehand or get everybody to make their own. Instead of a hacksaw I used a pair of hand cutters that cost maybe 12 bucks... All in all total cost for 10 guns should be well under 30 bucks.
Go here to see how to make them. You can use these again and again and again. Split up into teams and play capture the flag or just sniper each other.
I also go camping and invariably there are kids playing with waterguns and I either have my own watergun or I have my trusty marshmellow gun...
Be careful maybe even buy a few pair of cheap safety glasses...

PS get the small marshmallows and fit them to the pipe... They show it as a 3/4" pipe but as I recall it is 1/2" pvc pipe you can get at a building supply store like home depot or lowes... Take your marshmallows and match the pipe!
Then when that person that deserved to have their feelings hurt can have themselves pelted with the mallows!!! After that they may become someone worthy of hanging around...

Well a prank is fun 2 do. I did one 2 my parents but them didn't like it so much so you would prefere to do it to some1 that you know from your school around your neighborhood. It's really fun 2 do. I mean during summer I love 2 do pranks I'm a little older than you are but a prank is hilarious. Invite some of your friends over for a "sleep over" then wait until you see everyone is asleep and go and do the prank. When you finish press the door bell and wake them up so they see that they just got pranks!!! Well I hope you have fun. I like the girls idea about telling one its a costume sleepover. A prank not to do on the friends but on other people is pool hopping. You go to a neghibor hood and at night you go swim in everyone elses pool. But dont swim around alot incase they just put the chemicals in.

well during a sleep over its always good to have someone go down with u so dont do it alone. drinks: the nite before take how ever many glasses or cups u need and put just a lil dawn dish soap in them and stick them in the freezer. then the next day have mom help or not and make jello serve it in those glasses and stick it in the frigerator to set. dont put any soap in urs. yuck. or u can simply chang the salt shaker with sugar and visa versa

have them watching a movie at 12:00 at night then get youre dad to get a bootcher knife in his hand with ketchup on it then knock on the door stand in front of the door saying something scary so when they get in there the will drop dead or pee in there pants. make sure they cant notice that thats your dad outside put something over his face.

well, i don't know if this what ur looking for, but me and friends told this one mean girl, that we were getting her a pink razr for her birthday, and we got my razr book and put a pink shaving razor in it

put glad cling wrap on the toilet, and then close the seat. they won't notice, and they will pee all over the place!
