What program runs the extensions .key .map .d2s and ma0?

Question

I'm not an expert with computers and came accross a floppy disk I saved years ago but don't know how to open it. For each file there are the four extensions listed above and I don't know which program I need to run them.. can anyone explain it (in simple terms)?
