I absolutely LOVE to sleep, but unfortunately I suffer with insomnia, so I don't get to engage in it as much as I would like. I do believe though that it is underrated by some people, the benefits of sleeping can be amazing.

Underrated, you must be joking. I love sleep and most nights I can't wait to go to bed.

SLEEP IS DEFINATELY UNDERRATED WITHOUT ENOUGH EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY IS EFFECTED. MEMORY STRENGTH MORE PRONE TO ILLNESSES AND EVEN EMOTIONAL BREAKDOWNS. RECENTLY THERE WAS A SHOW ON IT WHERE A PATIENT WAS VERY ILL AND THEY INDUCED A COMA TO HELP HER HEAL FASTER AND GIVE HER BETTER CHANCES OF SURVIVING THE DISEASE. WORKED WONDERS. OF COURSE EVERY PERSON CAN FUNCTION ON DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF SLEEP BUT IT IS RECOMMENDED TO GET 8 - 10 HOURS A NIGHT IF POSSIBLE

no gameing is, because all we do is sit in one spot for 3 days without going to the washrooms or anything, we do not eat and sometimes we die because we do nothing...
But sleep you still move your entire body, and it gives energy back to the brain and muscles.
