I don't know the name of it, it is woven like burlap.
I have bought this plastic type fabric for lawn chairs I recovered at Lowes. They have it in thier garden department.
It isn't plastic just feels like it. Holds up well in the weather.
Sorry I don't know what manufactor makes it

Your best bet would be to go to a local craft store that carries it and check the label for the manufacturer.
