This will help.
Put a jack under the motor to relieve the pressure the engine and swing arm are putting on the bolt.
Tap the bolt out with a drift (or long ratchet extension).
Just enough till the bolt goes past the engine case.
Slide the drift back out just enough to clear the engine case.
This way the swing arm is held in place with the bolt and drift and won't fall to the ground.
When you get the engine out, tap the swing arm bolt back in to hold every thing together until you're ready.

Did you remove the long swing arm bolt that goes thru the rear of the engine?

How about a lift to pick up the engine. Unless Mr Olympus Charles Atlas is there to pick it. I guess the motor mounts are unbolted???
