Hot and humid! You'll probably have to hide out in a bar somewhere while you wait out the afternoon thunder shower which has raindrops as big as your thumb. But don't you worry, the sun comes out right after that and boils the rain off the streets in about an hour. By the way, if you like having alcohol in your drinks and getting your next one quickly - make sure you TIP after each drink. In Florida, bartenders and servers only make about $2.50 an hour, so they depend on their tips. I only tell you this because you'll have a lot more fun if you accept this concept before you even get on the plane.

It will probably be hot and humid, with plenty of sun, but an afternoon thunderstorm with heavy rain for 30-60 minutes.
Those saying it isn't nice weather probably mean the humidity is uncomfortable, as it is, but you can dress lightly, go swimming a lot, or take 2 or 3 cool showers a day, spend time inside in the a/c during the hottest part of the day, or when it's raining hard.
It's not the rainiest part of the year, though, that's September and October.

Technically this is the raining season here in Orlando because we are sub tropic type weather. However we are also known as the sunshine state for good reason. Normally, the rain comes in the afternoon for about an hour or so (around 3-4ish) and will be dry and sunny shortly after.

There is no way to predict. It is hot and humid. It will usually rain or have thunderstorms in the afternoon and you Brits will get the sunburn of your life. The best info will be on weather.com. Enter in Orlando and they can give you outlooks on the weather.

It will be very hot, and it will probably rain for about an hour each afternoon. Don't worry, though, the rain is just from the heat and after it stops, it is like it never happened because everything dries quickly. Have fun on your trip, and bring lots of protective clothing (sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, etc).

It's usually sunny in the morning and early afternoon, but there are thunderstorms in the evenings (always a bummer).

How can anyone tell you that. The weather patterns change all the time. Besides it can rain two streets over and be fine where you are in Florida.

Florida is the most rainiest state, but it usually doesn't last, 1 hour it can be blistering sunshine then the next you will get a tropical downpour
