I never know whether to take you letterally, probably b/c you're such a card... but that sounds like a sticky situation. Don't file for Chap. 11 yet, even if you're flat broke. Letting a business go can really tear you up, even if it gives you closure. It's time to think outside the box. I suggest you consolidate your inventory and start a paper view channel. You may be able to in crease your revenue.

Sorry your business took a licking.. Officecially out of business? That's too bad. No small meter. File the chapter 11 and remember to be strong because mails don't cry.

What about a prostitution joint for businessmen that are short on time. You can use midgets. Low overhead..Oh wait, you already thought of that.
