A team that runs a tight ship might take a chance if he comes cheap. The New England Patriots come to mind. Otherwise, it will be a team in desperate need like the Buffalo Bills or Oakland Raiders.

I can think of a few teams that WON'T pick up Tank Johnson: Cincinnati, Atlanta, Tennessee, Arizona. The first three have their own players with legal issues (Pacman Jones, Ron Mexico, and 1/5 of the Bengals' roster). And Johnson's false arrest took place in Arizona.

It will be a team that is only the bubble of making a playoff run and needs some help of the defensive line. I think a team like the Giants or Broncos might be interested... they need to make something big happen and will likely be very close to doing so when tank can play.

Hard to tell if anyone wants to take the risk.
Especially now with the new commissioner handing out suspensions left and right based on off field behavior.
Even if a team does decide to pick him up, he is suspended for the first 8 games that occur while he is on that team.
So at best they will have him for half a season and the playoffs.
Teams really showing a need may take a chance if they can pick him up dirt cheap.

The Packers or Raiders. Both like to pick up players like Tank. And I can just see Favre press confrences where he says he will be a good influence. The Bengals and other "badboy" teams will have to stay away from him to avoid more bad press. So I'm thinking Pack all the way.

Cleveland Browns.. they need all the help they can get.
The only reason I keep picking on this team is because you never hear anything really great about them.

I'm going to have to go with Cincinnati also. They're used to having criminals on their team. Pretty soon those tiger stripes are going to change into prison stripes.

Ok, this is almost TOOOOOOO easy! Cincinatti!
They have a horrible run defense and his arrest record will fit in nicely
