For example this guy who' named Ray, say's ,"Lil Ray has to go to work" or "Lil Ray has to shopping." This sounds strange to me. Is this normal behavior?

I thought maybe he was talking about his penis too. But, is that weird behavior? I think it's creepy. Like Silence of the Lambs creepy. LOL!
