I owe the NewYorkTimes $2. I put a dollar bill and change for a dollar in it. Will it be delivered?

Just a standard envelope.

You could try taping down the coins. Can't you find someone that can give you a dollar bill for your change.

Also - FYI - it isn't a good idea to send cash through the mail.

100 pennies might be too heavy but four quarters taped to a paper inside the envelope might get through. Hopefully the receiving person will be honest enough not to pocket the cash.

you can put the money in the envolope it will be mailed to the new york times but you might want to but a plain peice of paper around the money just in case anyone tries to steal money they will think that it is just a regular old letter
