hi all

i am a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, born and raised in good old' london, england.

Just wondered, i always like to better myself, is there a way that i can get a short permit that will let me go to the u.s. and study there for like a few weeks (doing a course or something) will get me travelling around and learning tooo!

If you take a course from an established school, you will need a student visa, which will take a long time to get. If you are going to get private instruction from another personal trainer, with no course credit, just you writing him a check, you should be fine with a tourist visa.

As long as its under 90 days (12 weeks) all you would need is a tourist visa. All you need to do for a tourist visa from England to the United States is to travel to the US -- once you are in the airport they will stamp your passport, and your 90 days will begin from there. Its really simple ...

get a friend or school from here (if u know anyone) to send a letter to you inviting you to come study for a semester or whatever, and get a student visa...
