is nothing to do with the 'lenguage' i have not change any of that, the button works fines, but in the pc i click 'shift' and another button and it dosn't works, i can't put words in caps using shift, i can put any symbol, and all this sounds like i need a new keyboard because the shift button dosn't works, but it works fine, the problem is that in some part of my pc is disabled and i don't know were, how i fix this, PLEASE HELP ME111 see i can't put the exclamation symbol omg help ;[ please

i try rebooting my pc everything1 please someone help1

is a LAPTOP, i said the problem is not my keyboard and I SAID IT WASN'T WITH THE LENGUAGE SETTINGS FK DO U LISTEN

Try replacing your keyboard with a new one.

>INPUT LOCALES
>EN English (US)
Click PROPERTIES set to US
Set as DEFAULT

If the problem is not rectified then in the same screen click HARWARE or update DRIVER - may want to uninstall & then unplug the keyboard. Plug in - Windows will then detect new HARDWARE.
