My1999 saturn sl2 will not start, all lights work, but nothing when i try to start, got battery replaced, starter and alternator checked fine at advance auto parts, what is the problem?

Could be the neutral safety switch. try jiggling the gear shift lever while holding the key in start.

Could be the fuel pump. Sounds like same problem I just had. To test if it is the fuel pump I was told to find someone to bang the middle of the fuel tank under the back of the car whilst turning the ignition. Worked for me and car started. Now I just need to get a new fuel pump

Starter relay if it's not turning over.

Have the PARK switch [automatic trans.] or the SAFETY switch [manual trans.] on the clutch pedal tested.
