My dad has a full size guitar and i am trying to play it but i am finding it really hard to get my fingers round the guitar and hold it. i am 12 and i know i am growing and shouldnt get a small begginers, and my dad wont let me have lessons wt should i do??? please help me!!!

This ex-guitar teacher says you should check the internet for free lessons to start off, and you should start by putting your hands at the 12th fret, because the frets are closer together. Don't worry about getting your hands all the way around the neck now. Just start with one string, and go from there. Good luck!!!

yes you should if that is what you want learn how to play then i say go ahead cause you only live once and if you start now then by the time your 18 you would be great i play guitar and i learnt by DVD that teaches you how to from beginning to experienced
