My dell printer (photo 924) may be broken. When I press print it won't print autimatically. It will go to a printer button at the bottom where my time is and ifi double click it, it will tell me that it didn't print. A couple days ago it told me that It had not paper in it and it did. It got caught.

Try to get a new printer. I had a Epson Stylus C43 before. Less than a yr it broke down. Same problems as yours.

Have you tried Dell's Community Forum? Have the Serial number of your printer and Express Code, and join the forum. Hopefully another user can help you. Go here and register.

i would just take your printer out stick it back in and re install the software if it came with any. im sorry i cant be much help. gl.

uninstall the driver, then re-install it.
that will usually fix everything but a hardware issue.
