Medleden, get this straight and don't be foolish about it any more, okay? The basic technology required for a manned flight to the moon was developed in Germany in the late 1930s through the mid 1940s. This technology needed a lot of refinement to make a safe manned flight a reality.
We worked on that technology through the 1950s and 60s, and made the first manned moon flight in 1969. It all fits together, and if you read all the history and don't let the wackos lie to you, it will be impossible for you to continue to be fooled into believing that the moon missions did not take place.
The American people were much better educated and more intelligent in the 1960s and 70s than they are now, and it would never have occurred to NASA engineers and managers that 35 years later a bunch of ignorant dolts with nothing to do would come up with a stupid conspiracy theory stating that the moon landings were faked.
If that had occurred to them, I suspect the engineers would have gone to the trouble to create a larger and more visible object of proof, to compensate for the decline in the quality of the American mind and its education that occurred during and after the Reagan presidency.
But there is a real physical proof available. The astronauts who landed on the moon left behind reflectors that are used every day by astronomers to measure the irregularities of the moon's orbit. This is done by bouncing laser beams off reflectors at known locations that were left by the astronauts. Ask your science teacher for information about these experiments. You can arrange to see this done with your own eyes.
Let me put the question to you this way: If you think the moon landings were faked, when did they become "fake?" When did the idea become popular that NASA had invented the idea of an imaginary moon mission and created a huge technological empire to fool people? When was all this fakery done? In the 60s? 70s? 80s?
And why? What was the point? And how did they fool all the people that reported the news, operated the machinery, built the moon rockets, and watched them take off and land?
Do you realize that one American in 500 was a part of the Apollo program? Millions of them are still alive. Are they fooling you? Why? If you go out to a football game, look around you. In the stadium there are people who worked on the Apollo program.
Ask around. You are surrounded by people who know for sure that American astronauts stood on the moon more than 35 years ago.

Your damn right we landed on the moon, July 20th 1969 Apollo 11 touched down on the moon., it wasn't some sort of elaborate hoax. It is true that at the time the Soviet Union was closer to landing to landing on the moon as far as space technology is concern. The United States had more available funding for such a massive campaign however. We succeeded in doing the impossible and truly going where no man has gone before. The space suits at the time weren't as advanced as the ones in existence today but they did the job they had adequate radiation shields to protect them from the death of space. I don't think our government would waste countless millions of tax payer dollars to play a prank on the whole world for the sake of bragging rights. By the way those pictures that display the flag on the moon in motion, they are PICTURES and the flag is made to LOOK like its moving, it isn't actually moving. (This excuse for not landing on the moon I think is the most ridiculous one)

I think you are another confused and naive young pup who couldn't recognize the truth if it walked up to you and bit you on the keister.
I'm weary of recounting my days of WITNESS to the actual event by aimed radio reception of Apollo 12 astronauts from the Moon; by an extremely directional antenna aimed at the Moon, and then away from the Moon.
If you are fool enough to believe the hoaxsters, then go on with your "bad self". You don't have enough sense to ask "Who's trying to sell a book or a video?"
And "YouTube" is your source of "truth", isn't it? That's to be expected from the intellectually challenged.

Well I don't think that we ever actually landed on the moon. There are many things which make you think. For example; Pictures show the American flag in motion. However, this is no wind on the moon!
Also, the technological advances of USA at that time were nothing as compared to that of USSR. Then how come USA suddenly developed the technology to send humans to the moon.

Seen more proof that humans been to the moon than not.
Also, the troops who the atomic bombswere tested on wereexposed to radation that they were not protectedfrom either.... Maybe it didn't protect them, but prehaps there was not fatal amounts. Its not like they were standing naked in space tanning, Most of the time they were in a metal box, which would block a lot of it anyway I imagine.

I believe we did. . There is much evidence that the moon landing was real. For example, the moon rocks brought back to earth were proved by radioactive dating that they were much older than those found on the earth and the elements found were completely different.
I had also seen the rock piece that was brought from there.

I think those that do not think we landed on the moon hate that humans can be successful at anything.
Yes of course we landed on the moon in the '60's.
Those that perpetrate the conspiracy theories that we didn't just want you to distrust what you see so they can convince you of their agenda.

Astronauts left equipment on the moon that allows scientists on Earth to aim lasers to determine the exact distance from Earth to the moon.
If we didn't really go, then how did those mirror reflector thingies get there?
