I was meant to go on holiday today,only now I can't go till tomorrow,because the man who was fixing the car,has turned around and said it won't be fixed in time,it's due for an mot,this man has had the car for over 3months(fitting a new engine),he's constantly lying(saying he's done it,then he turns around and says it's still got to be done)never answers the phone when we(my dad)phones,he's always out working so he says.
And I'm so fed-up,he's totaly ruined the family holiday,and their is no-one that could take us down to this holiday home(it's a 5hr drive,I think)
What can I do,I mean if I loose my temper the man might not finish the job on the car.

After I've had the car back,he'll have such a ear bashing(with my words),strips will be torn off him(with my words),he'll wish he'd never become a machanic.

have you paid him any money on the job yet ? if not I'd talk to a lawyer to see what legal rights you have since the mechanic may be entitled to legal rights, might be a good idea to get a lawyers advice.
