Try Essiac Tea you can get it at an herb store. Buy it already made in a bottle or buy it in a bag it's a bunch of different herbs and make it yourself. This stuff cleans everything out.

I don't know much about colon cleansing herbs, but I know a big plate of buffalo wings will clean out your colon pretty effectively. I know some spas offer colon cleansing in the form of enemas.

Dont have to take herbs to do that,eat corn and that helps you clean it out.Or you can do a colon wash.

eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis especially prunes which are the best for the enteron. try cereals as breakfast... even coffee helps sometimes cau it speeds up the nervous system and therefore the digestive system too

i do not know about herbs but here in our country we recommend foods that are rich in fiber like pineapple, papaya, oranges, tea can also help, especially oo-long tea... it can also make you slimmer
