No. You can not conclude that such products are 'Made in America" or anywhere else unless the individual item specifically says so. And even then, you won't be sure of where the input materials came from (unless the item so states).

The world is integrated, trade-wise, and nothing comes from any single country or group of countries unless specifically mentioned.
