I love Scarlett Rose, very pretty.
Wasn't Jarrell Superman's father??
Jarrell Lee, sounds country western singer-ish to me.
Oh maybe it makes me think of the General Lee, on Dukes of Hazard. One of those things I wouldn't want to name a kid for.

Scarlett Rose is perhaps one of my favorite names ever.
Jarrell Lee doesn't really work with Scarlett Rose though.
Jarrell sounds more street and less sweet.
Maybe something like
Nathanial Lee Jonas
it would go better with Scarlett than Jarrell does.

Scarlett Rose is very feminine. It sounds very perfected (in a good way). Personally I like the name Rose better than Scarlett, although it also works very well as a middle name.
I don't really like the sound of Jarrell Lee. Jarrell sounds like barrel. Maybe try Jared. Spell Lee as Leigh, perhaps. I can't describe what I think, it just doesn't sound right.

Scarlett Rose is a gorgeous name. Sounds very feminem and gracious. A real girly-girl.
Jarrell sounds a bit street to me. Like he would be the leader of a gang and be tough and rough.
Personally I don't like the sound of Jarrell Jonas. But I like Lee Jarrell Jonas. Sounds like a sport stars name.

Scarlett Rose is a beautiful name.
Jarrell I'm not too crazy about, Jarrell Jonas to me doesn't roll off the tongue very well...too many j's in my opinion.

The girl's name is beautiful. The boy's name doesn't flow well. Having an "l' at the end of Jarrell, and the beginning of Lee makes it all run together. Also, the pronunciation of Jarrell is unclear. Is it Ja-Rell, or more like barrel?

i love Scarlett Rose but Jarrell Jonas in my opinion doesn't role off the tongue.Jarred Lee Jonas or Terrell Lee Jonas but if you really like it then don't be swayed by others like i was when naming my daughter, and although i love the name we did give her, it wasn't my first choice and i kind of regret that.

Scarlett Rose is pretty, but a bit 'red'. (Scarlet is red, a rose is red) So I would pick a longer rose name to make it less noticeable. Scarlett Rosalia, Scarlett Rosemary, Scarlett Rosalie, Scarlett Rosaria, Scarlett Rosario?
I don't like the alliteration of Jarrell Jonas, and Lee is not my style.

Scarlett Rose Jonas - Kind Yet very impulsive and rude at times and very giving
Jarell Lee Jonas - Rude and stuck up but can be a nice kid when he trys

for the girl, Scarlett Rose Jonas is really nice.... also is Sharon Rose Jonas...both to me is really feminine.... I'm sure your daughter will love it!
For the boy, Jarrell Lee Jonas is pretty cool but so is Ian Mitchell Jonas.... Short first name is really cool for boys for its easy and nice to say...Hope this helps
