Adobe photoshop cs2 error is couldnot complete your request because of a program error , need your help?

anything i click , it gives me error message "could not complete your request because of a program error " then freeze up the whole page cant go anywhere from there & have to press restart , help me please

I did reinstalled the soft , not only that i had my harddisk formatted for this problem
