I had a hysterectomy ten days ago. There's a bump at the corner of the incision where they finished sewing it up with a knot...is that normal? I don't think anyone should have an "outie" on one corner of her incision! That's just not right!

My sister had one and she had a small bump in hers too. It went away with time. It's all still new, and you have not healed all the way. Give it some more time. If it doesn't fix it's self, I'm sure you could see a plastic surgeon and they can straighten it out.

Give it full time to heal. But could probably have plastic surgery to inprove the look of it. I had C-section many years ago and believe it or not, then cut crooked and I wider at one end. While I didn't do anything about it, today's technology would probably improve that as well. Good luck!
