^No, and it's a very rude and cowardly thing to do, you don't give the other person a chance to answer you back and/or defend themselves.

Although I have to admit if someone is doing it to me and they don't realize I understand them and I answer them back, I l love to watch their mouths drop.

its only a tiny bit clever cause speaking another language just makes you seem smart but makes you sound like a total jerk and a smart a**... and if you find out that they understood what you said, thats even worse... i have a few friends that do it.

A kid I worked with did that to me once. I told him this: "I may not know what your are saying to me, but I certainly know when I am being insulted."
He later apologized.

It's much better to insult them in there native tongue when they think u don't know how to speak it. This of coarse is only done if they really ask for it. hehehe

Unless someone starts doing that dirty trick on me, i won't. It's always cool to fight on equal footing, only through that way is the victory most glorious.

Yes. Where I get my nails done, they speak Vietnamese in front of their customers. I find it very rude and wonder what they are saying. Can't help wondering if they are mocking me out!
