Power to weight ratio. How many bhp per tonne not any of the ones you have chosen. A car with 200bhp weighing a tonne has 200 bhp per tonne and will be faster than one with 300 bhp weighing 4 tonnes which would be 75bhp per tonne Big engines are not always powerful 4 valves per cylinder is pretty normal and so most have 16 valves except for the odd few 3 cylinder cars which would thus have 12 valves. There are some cars around with two valve heads which thus make then 8v cars but they tend to be older economy designs
