Something like measure twice and cut once? LOL, if I knew when I was 20 what I know today in my middle ages...

I'd save like the dickens, be frugal, pay with cash and not credit, buy only used cars, bring my own lunches to work and brew my own coffee, save, save, save. I'm seeing what my future is going to be like now and it looks as if I'm going to have to work till I die. There! That's what I wish I had known.

Star for you, grand question! I wish more young folks would take seriously the advise from us, it could change the world...

Don't sweat the small stuff. When something is wrong ask yourself will this realy make any difference tomorrow. Some times things don't work out as you planned, but the result is usually better. Don't over plan the events of your life, if you put to much expectation in something it will let you down.

Get rid of all but one credit card and make up your own limit. For example, don't go over $400.00.

Start saving your money NOW! It is fun to watch it grow.

Choose your mate very carefully so that you can have a life-long partner (i.e., 50th wedding anniversary).

Have God in your life.

Don't take everything so seriously. Laugh and enjoy life.
