I guess an overall percentage of Women do. A lot of us men are still like Captain Caveman when it comes to understanding love :)

Love is something that you feel I don't believe you can analyse or understand it.
Sure you can look at people in love and assess their brain activity, hormone leves etc but that is not understanding love.
The best may to "understand" it is to be ready to feel it. To be ready to feel it you must be in touch with your instincts that is to say you mind is free from the conditioning of society and all its associated misconceptions. Then you will feel love everywhere you will see all the lonely hearts and wonder where they come from.
When you have learned to look beyond yourself then you will find peace of mind is waiting there.
