I'm American and mine doesn't either! To add to the other American's list:
-- I don't believe in attacking sovereign nations then taking 50% interest in their oil rights as ransom to help them rebuild their country
-- I support treating prisoners in accordance with the Geneva Convention, not torture.
-- I would re-implement the Energy Policy we had 30 years ago that would have led us to alternative energy sources and away from dependence on OPEC, not an energy policy that doles out 8 billion in 'welfare' payments to big oil companies & rebates to buy gas guzzling Hummers.
-- I would have agreed to emmissions reductions at the recent G8 Summit and made a sincere effort to ratify the Kyoto Protocol
-- I would use the power of my office to close loopholes that allow "vulture funds" to operate instead of lining my pockets with their ill-gotten spoils.
-- I'd fire everyone on my staff and replace them with people who are smarter and will tell me when I'm wrong.
No, my government's actions do not represent me!

The government certainly won't represent you if they don't know your opinion,
Let them know the majority opinion on all issues, local to international. Visit myverdict.net.

first, our government leaders do not incredibly characterize the folk. they characterize themselves and their quest for eternal reelection. 2nd, government has examined for some years its lack of ability to act with any performance, to be financially responsible, or to place subject concerns over self-renovation. third, government is public subsidized lifetime employment with little to no incentive for one to excel, innovate, or take any initiative. put in your 9-5 interest and pass abode. if the development is on hearth, cope with it the next day at 9.

I live in the U.S., and I think all politicos have their own agendas, they can care less about the people they suppose to represent and look out after.

No! They cost more than they are worth! And they are for the rich, not the workers, who happen to be the vast majority.

I am American and unfortunately they do not. They do not even follow my country's most important document, the Constitution.
