well you should start off by getting off yahoo answers haha. then just lay in bed in a comfortable position and make sure its really dark and quiet or possibly put relaxing music on. then concentrate on your breathing and concentrate on staying still. relax you jaw and your whole body and dont keep anything clenched or anything...just all relaxation. if you want and if hes willing ask your dad to rub your feet lol...my dad rubs my feet sometimes and it always puts me to sleep instantly. soo just relax and dont eat before bed.

this is what i do i stay up all day and go to bed at the time that i want to so u will can sleep the whole night if that does no work then just take some medicine that u know makes u fall asleep

Take 1-2 Benadryl capsules. Then lay down and relax. I guarantee within 10-20 minutes you will be asleep. It's an allergy fighting medicine. They are non-addictive. DO NOT take any sleeping pills like Tylenol pm's or nyquil. These are addictive.....

Well, if ur cant fall asleep, heres something you can try!!
Try reading a book, even if ur not a fan of reading one. just try. If its really really boring you out, it can make you sleep pretty fast.

I've found that Benadryl works well.Also, masturbation seems to work if I don't have any medication on hand.
