Gave up on the 23 of may, feel better for giving up, but i am finding it hard work some days, love to spark one up now but i know i would regret it

I smoked 20 a day for 21 years. I gave up on February 22nd when I discovered I was pregnant. It's not easy, and I still get cravings, but what better incentive to stop?

I am 34 and have been smoking since i was 11 !!!

Never under estimate how hard it is to give up, i know people that have given up years ago and they said they can STILL crave a f a g!!!

I've quit after 15 years of smoking and I will never start again. I am so happy to be rid of it. sooo happy! I smell good again... everything tastes good again... I can breathe again... I can move again and I have lots more energy.
