I want to know if there is technology that is proven to clear cloudy skies to make a cloudy day into a sunny day.

The cloud would have to be cooled to the point that the moisture would condense and fall in the form of rain. Ergo, no more cloud....They do this in agricultural areas all the time with a practice known as cloud seeding. I think certain conditions have to exist for this to work so it is not always 100%.

Airconditioning takes the moisture out of the air which is why on cold days the aircon can be used to help defog a window.

In theory then a huge airconditioner could do it.

Make it happen yourself. Just go outside & look at the clouds & concentrate on making the Sun to come out & the clouds to Go Away.....do this for a few minutes & it will happen. Try it....it works. Who needs technology when you can do this yourself.

Definitely.Rush immediately to a place where there is bright sunshine, if possible by plane,to reach the place same day.
