The easiest way to do it is to choose rich grandparents. 70% of millionaires in the US inherited their wealth.
If you didn't do that, the next easiest way is to participate in a startup company. If you are one of the original employees of a company that grows big and 'goes public', you might get stock that's worth millions of dollars.
The hard way is to invent something, or start a company based on a new idea that nobody's thought of before. You'll have to work hard, maybe 18 hrs a day, to bring your idea to fruition, but it will be worth it in the end. Of course if you do this, you're probably a Type A personality and the money won't mean anything to you, and you'll keep working harder and harder to make your company grow bigger and bigger, and you'll get richer and richer but you won't enjoy your wealth because you'll be working so hard. 8^<

Go to college/uni, get a really good job, be prepared for the future and try not to wreck your life :)
also read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad-it's really good for this kind of thing
