I'm inclined to see how a person behaves to tell me what they're thinking or feeling, not listen to what they say.

Both actions and words can be equally measured or impulsive. I usually try to consider the balance of both. Words can make a huge impact when they are coming from the right source. If we are throwing cliches around lets not forget...

It depends if you're a wordy person words carry more if you like showing how you feel then action weigh heavier. It's all on the "what you think is best" that will get you what you want
