The world is getting very overpopulated, that will destroy any affect the eco-movement can accomplish. We need to stop our big family mentality or everything will be lost. Those developing countries that don't learn this lesson are due for a great deal of suffering without some solid action asap.

Well, people certainly are TALKING more about being green....
They're also burning a lot more energy to tell people to be green and buying hybrids with batteries that can kill a rainforest, while doing little to counter those actions.
So, in short, worse than 20 years ago.

My guess is your young, but they have been making industries and automobiles more environmental friendly for decades ..... DECADES. Now all the sudden people don't think were doing enough, its been getting better and better for many many years!
