Your lady mood swings make you erm interesting at certain times trust me as a mate lol
Just read a little thing on the back of a card 'dont think of them as hot flushes but as your inner child playing with matches'

If you feel comfortable hiding...then hide, as long as the mood swings are only for a short time. If you don't care what others think of you, get out there do what you have to do. Anyone who knows you will know that you're not normally like this and anyone who loves you will understand and help you get through this mood.

No, because you need to learn to deal with those mood swings. They are a part of life, and learning to accommodate them is a requirement. Just try and control the affects until you learn that valuable lesson, and let people know you are in such a mood.

Is she going through meno pause or just has one of those really bad menstral side effects? Cuz if so maybe you should GENTLY guide her towards taking some hormones. Could help. If it's just the case lately then yeah, hide. Sometimes people just needs time to steam out. Be supportive when she comes to you though.
