as we know that the same charges repeal each other ,and we also know that all proton are present in nucleus of an atom and electron are present in their orbits of the atom.than why they do not repeal each other?how they combine toghter in nucleus and in an orbits?

The protons are held together by a binding force. Electrons are not actually in a lump together. They are sufficiently apart. Each shell can contain a definite maximum number of electrons.

Electrons do repel each other in the shell; in fact, this is the basis for the VSEPR theory, which describes the shape of electron orbitals as a result of an atom's attempt to minimize repulsion.

Protons also repel each other but there is a short ranged force known as the strong nuclear force which can overcome this repulsion. However, when there are more than 83 protons, this repulsion is too great; thus, every element with atomic number greater than 83 is radioactive.

the belief of Quantum Mechanics states that for an inner maximum electron to be captured via the nucleus a effective quantum means hollow could be attainable. to that end, commonly electrons can not drop down into the nucleus because of the fact they're already of their lowest allowed quantum state or floor state. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, particularly nuclear decay methods inner maximum electrons could be captured in what's typical as ok-capture. Wikipedia, greater effective provides, 'Electron capture (additionally typical as inverse beta decay) is a decay mode for isotopes which will take place whilst there are too many protons in the nucleus of an atom and inadequate means to emit a positron; in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, it maintains to be a conceivable decay mode for radioactive isotopes which could decay via positron emission. If the means distinction between the ensure atom and the daughter atom is under a million.022 MeV, positron emission is forbidden and electron capture is the only decay mode. as an occasion, Rubidium-eighty 3 will decay to Krypton-eighty 3 completely via electron capture (the means distinction is approximately 0.9 MeV). to that end, between the orbital electrons, commonly from the ok or L electron shell (ok-electron capture, additionally ok-capture, or L-electron capture, L-capture), is captured via a proton in the nucleus, forming a neutron and a neutrino. because of the fact the proton is replaced to a neutron, the style of neutrons will improve via a million, the style of protons decreases via a million, and the atomic mass huge form maintains to be unchanged. via changing the style of protons, electron capture transforms the nuclide right into a clean factor. The atom strikes into an excited state with the indoors shell lacking an electron. whilst transiting to the floor state, the atom will emit an X-ray photon (a form of electromagnetic radiation) and/or Auger electrons.'
