oh, wow! i'm extremely sorry to hear that. if a hug will help, have two or three of mine. i know it's too early for this, but time passing is the only thing that will make you feel better. when my mother died, it took me a while to stop being a zombie, but eventually i did. hope this helps and didn't make anything worse.

I'm sorry about your loss, if you want to, just think of the good, fun times you had with your friend. Happy memories!
If you want to keep your mind busy, then read a book- watch t.v.- comedy would be best to watch. Don't get sad since your friend is in a better place now. You have to deal with life
and that has rough spots at times.

oh honey i am sorry for your lose. i hate to tell you but you have to grieve. i had a friend in high school that was killed in an explosion, i kept back the emotions and even now i cant wrap my brain around the idea he is really gone.
write, sing, yell, cry, whatever. you have to allow yourself that. otherwise you will harbor this and one day it will surface and smack you in the face.

i wish i had a better answer for you, but i just dont think there is one. i send a >HUG< to you and hope you can find the strength to tell him goodbye. my thoughts will be with you

Just remember all the good times you had with your friend. We just passed the one year anniversary of the death of our sons' friend. He was 24 when he died (the day after his birthday). It's still sad to think about but we try to remember the good times and the funny things he did. It's okay to grieve and to cry, too. But never forget the good things about your friend.
