Considering job market, reasonably priced houses ($200,000), and fair weather (no colder than 30 degrees and no hotter than 80)....some snow is okay!

We lived on the Minnesota/Canadian border for many years. We then moved to Las Vegas, NV. Then it was In Michigan, on the "Thumb" on the lower East side, twenty minutes from all the harbors.
It was rated as the sport fishing capital of the U.S. by Sports afield magazine.

They have deer hunting, with Bow, Gun and black powder almost all year along with Turkey hunting with the same equipment.
Houses in these towns range from $35,000.00 to as high as 2 million, farming and the auto industry abounds.

There's something for everyone here. We fell in love with the people and the area. Time hasn't caught up with us yet.
