Not even from your family? Hang a sign around your neck saying "Hugs" People will ask what it's about and you might get some hugs.

I think it was a lot longer for me I think I went about 6 or so years without a hug it will probably be 5 or so years until my next hug

Very impossible because your parents is always there to hug you. But if you talking of hugging by the opposite sex I don't think it's crazy and a weird one. Time will tell and wait for the right one to come.

My suggestion - get a teddy bear... they are LOADS more dependable than human beings, and they'll never leave you or let you down!
But, since that really does *not* answer you question... for me, it's kind of... no, it's not weird, but kind of depressing. Hugs from the few people who actually play a huge role in my life is all that keeps me going !

Hmmm. Hugs are something you can also GIVE...and the funny thing about that is...YOU GET IT BACK!! Go for it!! BTW - sometimes, without realizing, we give others the impression, we don't want to be toooo close? It might be possible that you are without realizing, giving off that vibe.

If you start tell people that in person, they are going to start hugging you, and they won't quit. Which could either be a good thing or a bad thing, your choice.

don't worry! eventually you will get a girlfriend who will want to hug you so much it will annoy the crap out of you and then you'll wish you could get in a time machine and come back to now...
