because from the time we are conceived, we all start out as females and then depending on our fathers XY chromosones, we etier become males OR remain females as nipples serve absolutely no purpose whatsoever on men but for women, obviously their for breastfeeding..ah say it aint so!!

They don't have a use.

Men and women, however, have essentially the same structure. It's just arranged differently. (Vive l' difference). You might equally wonder why we have an appendix, why we get wisdom teeth, and why we have a tailbone.

It's just the way God made us.

there are a lot of nerve endings in them and some men's nipples are quite sensitive. some men even lactate however that is rare.
