you are probably an insomniac. i know that sounds bad, but if you don't already know this, that means that you just flat out can't sleep at night. not well, not ever. i am like that, usually. nothing to worry about, really. watch a movie to help you fall asleep, or do something that makes you feel lazy...

Do your laundry, catch up on your correspondence, cut your toenails, rearrange your draws, write in your journal or start one, balance your checkbook,if you have a mate tickle their toes or kissie poo under their neck to wake them and then carry on from there, if your mates not with you awaken them with a hot steamy phone sex conversation, then trun over and catch some ZZZZZ's!!

you're up talking to people from around the world whom you do not know for advice on questions and problems that we may or may not have had. Also, you must not have anything better to do, sleeping sucks.

I have to ask myself that question too. try drinking some warm milk. Maybe getting off the computer would help too.

It's called insomnia, my friend. You're not the only one who has problems with it.
