Can Pokemon Battle Revolution Trade Back To Pokemon Emerald?

If you migrate to Diamond or Pearl can you trade back through Pokemon Battle Revolution?

You neeed to save your GBA game in a Pokecenter. The Pokemon you want should be in your pc. Insert the game into the GBA slot in your DS. Turn on your DS and click on your diamond game. Instead of clicking Continue, click Migrate from Emerald. It will then prompt you to click the six pokemon you wish to migrate. After that you need to surf to Pal Park which is south of the town the professor's lab is in. But there are some restrictions: 1)You must transfer 6 pokemon. 2)None of them can know an HM. 3)You can only transfer from each game every 24 hours. 4)You must know surf and I think you have to have beaten the Elite 4. 5)I think there is one more, but I can't remember....
