Pretty much any of the smaller fish that are considered carnivores or omnivores would eat them - that would include the gobies, gramma, and clowns. The dwarf angel will eat some, but they also need greens in their diet, as does the clown. Pods are too small to plan on using as a way to sustain the fish - the fish will all need other (larger) foods to eat on a regular basis - otherwise your pods will be depleted in no time.

Tangs are herbivores and may eat them if they're on the algae that the fish is trying to eat, but the fish won't make much of a specific effort to eat them by themselves. These need seaweed/algae or a flake/pelleted food based on these for the principle diet.
