Like any old and unused cell, the sperm get recycled by the macrophages, by being absorbed, broken down and the components either eliminated or reused. Nothing else will happen. Involuntary emissions are not inevitable, but sperm production decreases if demand is not there, it is one of the few positive feedback mechanisms of the body, the more you use it, the greater the production.

Yes. Absolutely. If sperm aren't used, they simply die (I believe it takes about 90 days, but I can't find a good reference offhand) Others are generated from primary spermocytes constantly anyway.
Nothing bad will happen to you.

well i don't know about survival but the human body has its own way of keeping the balance..
if u don't don't do masturbation or sex then u will have night falls..
well the body tries to get rid of excess of sperms.. get it!!!!!!
