Definitly not this year. Rookies generally don't do a whole lot (Vince Young being the exception.) And with Steve Mcnair at the helm, the rookie will only get to play if the Ravens are well ahead or if McNair gets hurt.

No. He probably wont even start with Steve McNair in Baltimore. He will be a good backup and good trade bate though. If he does ever go in becuase of a McNair injury, he won't make a huge impact. The NCAA is a different from the NFL, not all of the same players are the best.

I think I have a better chance of banging Jessica Alba..then Troy Smith making any kind of impact on offense dis year or in the forseeable future

I think maybe in relief of McNair (if later in the season McNair gets hurt). in about 2-3 years, after McNair quits (yeah, he is gettin old). If Troy Smith works at it, he can become an effective starter under McNair's/ Brian Billick's tutorage.

not this year but a few years from now he could be good. mcnair isnt as young as he used to be and troy is probley learning from him. im not giving up on him. one bad game and hes the worst QB ever. but brady quinn has like 5 bad games every year and everyone thinks hes a hall of famer

No.

That isn't a knock on Troy. QBs often spend much time on the bench their first year. If McNair is healthy there is no need to rush him.

Oh, I assume you meant this year. If you meant "eventually", then yes.

Troy who? that's what people are going to be saying in a few years. He will be the guy everybody is going to be trying to remember from that Ohio team that got their butts handed to them from Florida.

Yes he will. If he ever makes it onto the field, the 10 other players will have to step up their game big time to carry him.
