nothing. HCl is a strong acid located in your stomach. It kills off just about anything you give it. On the other hand, if you have gingivitis or any tiny tears in your mouth (from brushing) you have a chance of getting HIV/AIDS and/or an STD as pertinent to regular oral sex.
