phew their is no noise that would have made me better. I have the worst morning sickness. I was sick 24-7 for over four months. Thank God the rest of my pregnancy has been pretty easy after all that. I was not even able to drink ANYTHING without getting sick. Water, ginger ale, crackers. all that made me so sick. The only thing I could get down was the sour green grapes and it is all I lived on for all those months. Girl I was not even able to take a shower without throwing up. It was that bad for me and I hope you do not have it as bad.

Try making or having someone else make it for you bc I Know you don't feel up to it some hot ginger tea. You just boil water with ginger sliced in it and let your tea bags soak (i use Lipton yellow label which is black tea) it is taste like fruit loops so not bad. I also heard about preg pops which you can find at motherhood maternity, I never tried them bc b the time I found where they were I was over my morning sickness. I also heard those sea band arm bracelets for morning sickness work. Your Dr can prescribe you something for it if you ask her as well.

Good luck.

No i've never heard of that but if you have anymore info on it I would love for you to share. I'm pretty sure i'm pregnant again and now that I have 8 month old twins I can't sleep through the nausea this time around. Spearmint helped me a lot, but everyone is different, you kind of just have to figure out what works for you through trial and error. I have heard a lot of good things about sea bands, you can get them at most drugstores.
