Accounting or bookkeeping would be a natural. Every company needs them so where you work has some. Talk to them tell them you want to learn and ask them to teach you. Also go to the local community college and take about 7 bookkeeping and tax classes. Gradually start taking on more task.
Become an expert in Excel the best in your company, let people know what you know. Offer to help people when they have problems, never use paper when you can design a spreadsheet. Take on as much extra work as you can even if you have to work on your own time at night and weekends, when the work is over 60 hours a week talk to your boss about getting you an assistant to do your lower value work like filing and photocopying. Then ask for a raise and new job description, you are now a supervisor and bookkeeper not a secretary.

If you're happy in your current job then keep that and you may wish to add home based work on the side as a virtual assistant. Thats what I did.
