She is honest, trustworthy & a good listener. She celebrates with me in my good times & cries with me in my bad times. She loves me despite all my imperfections.

She and I are both weird! But that's just part of our strange friendship! We go to school about 20 hours apart from each other, but we get together during breaks and after 5 seconds we're laughing and having so much fun, it's like we never left each other! We've gone through a few hard times together so we know we'll always be there for each other. But mostly, she makes me laugh and is a great friend and person.

i don't know, we've been through so much together, and always been there for each other, we are complete opposites and have completly different values. she drinks and does drugs occasionly (she's 16) and other stuff and though i think i give her a hard time sometimes, she knows i want the best for her, i mean her family is just terrible, and mine has sooo many internal problems, and well we don't shove our religious beliefes down each others throats, if we ever get upset with each other we always sit and talk about it, lk honestly each give our own side, we never listen to old backstabbing "friends" when they spread rummors about what one of us said behind the others back and ask each other directly if its true, umm we go to differents school now, and well we each have huge work loads, mine from school, hers from needing to work to pay for everything since her family is well... nm but we always talk every friday and go out together and make sure we know exactly what goes on in each others lives, though i know she keeps a lot from me esp about her short lived relationships(by that i mean one night stands) and her drinking and drug use, which honestly i don't want all the details (she's stoped using drugs now, but her parents let her drink, or are too drunk to know she is drunk too, or to care) but yeah we can read each other. we are complete opposites in so many things but yet similar enough emotionally... i know there is just about nothing i wouldn't do for her, and i know she'll do the same for me... i love her soo much and i'm so glad we are friends!! we've known each other since lk 5th grade and well we have many more years to go!!

I haven't had a best friend in years. Yeah, I know. We grew apart with changes in our lives and miles between us. We also had bitter words some years ago. Things weren't the same after that.

When I had one, I was in awe of her integrity and strong sense of self-worth.

In our youth, she lost me at a nightclub and when refused re-entry, tore down the rope partitions and pushed past security to find me.

Now, that's a friend. Our years together were littered with that kind of "heroic" loyalty. Haven't seen it since.

He is the most honorable person that I know. Once, when I was desperately broke (and so was he), he borrowed money so he could float me a loan to see me through to payday. Any time day or night I can pick up the phone and he will be there for me.
I have not met many like him in my life.

I have 3 best friends in my life (I am so very blessed) and they are all very easy to be with, know my whole life story and love me anyway and are always there when/if I need them. Loyalty and earnestness go a long way with me.

Mutual insanity. We both have a strong sense of humor and she is the only person that can keep up with me, we can fire jokes at one another almost continually. People have told us we need our own show. We have always been there for one another too though.

We've been together through situations that would make most people run for their lives. We laugh together. We work together. He knows me better than anyone else on earth- and accepts me warts and all.
