She recently confessed to me while on vaca that she had an affair right after she got married to her current husband, along with two other times in which she became impregnated by 2 other men, and had both pregnancies aborted (within 5 months of each other) yet she tells her husband that she can't get pregnant which is why they have no children together. I have been on vacation several thousand miles away and yesterday she came out of no where accusing me of "posting a voice recording" of her confession on MySpace (which I didn't, even if I had my page is private and she has no way to see it). She has now took it upon herself to tell my fiance who I am supposed to be marrying in a month that I cheated on him when I didnt! I was living with her but now she told me I am not allowed to come back, and shes disconnected her cell phone. The problem is she has ALL of my belongings including my wedding dress and my fiances wedding ring. Do you have any suggestions about how to deal with her?

She has along history of making things up to cause drama, I would have had no way to record that while we were driving in a car, let alone post it on the internet.

Yeah, go to the police and file a report, I think they can make her give you your stuff back. Once you file the report, if she got rid of your stuff you can take her to court for damages. Then after all your stuff is taken care of, payback is a bi***! Tell her husband everything, her ex husband, your mom. Call the poelice first right now and ask how to legally approach getting your stuff back.

Good luck, your sis sounds like she has no morals, just get your stuff back and cut all ties with her, I guess if you try to get back at her she might you psycho on you.

LEGALLY, you can call the cops to get your stuff out and they can assist you in doing so. You have been a tenant there, correct? The law says if you have more than a bag of personal belongings at a persons home that indicates that this is your living grounds. Plus if you sayed more than 29 days you are a residence of that space.
You can even make her evict you. You have the right to stay there or be given a 30 day notice to kick rocks. Even then, you still do not have to leave. But why would you want to stay around this drama.
Call the cops and move your stuff and then kick back for a while till your sis chills out.
As for your fiance, it is up to him to find out if he really knows you or not. If he dumps you for this, then look at the bright side, maybe he wasnt the one. I mean he didnt know you if he dumped you. or he wasnt ready. But if he decides he doesn know you and doesnt bite the bs your sis dished at him, then he will be around anyways.
Good luck and I think your sister needs to grow up and be accountable for her own behavior that is the cause of this problem.

Why would she say that if it's not true and if she can't access your page and you know it? That makes no sense, there must be more to the story. If you were staying there you must have a key. Can't you go in and get your stuff? Anyway, I would first try to talk to her in person, have you tried that yet? Go to her home and talk with her. If she does not respond I would go to the police (don't tell her you're going to do this) and tell them she is holding all of your stuff and won't let you reclaim it. Make a list of everything she has that is yours for the police. They will probably escort you over there to collect your belongings. You and your sister need to mend fences before you end up not speaking for the next decade. What a mess! Sorry!

Hopefully your finance has more respect for you than to listen to your sister.
As far as her behavior in her marriage, while you can be sad for the choices she is making, that is between her and her husband.
She has your property and you want it back. You should make a list of all of your belongings being as detailed as possible. Include pictures or receipts if possible. I would then go to my neighborhood police station with that list and explain that I no longer lived with my sister, but I needed my belongings and they should accompany you there. They like to prevent problems.
Maybe your happiness and impending marriage make her realize the farce her marriage is and she would like to think you were unfaithful so as to lessen the judgment on her actions.
No matter how poor her behavior, she is your sister. You may not be able to deal with her choices, but you have to have some connection to her on some level.
Good Luck.

in no way....jointly as your sister might have the potential to forgive such an action...the time to heal mentioned -wounds- is gonna be diverse for all. walk out and pass with your dad to get some eggnog or some thing and shop faraway from what would desire to ensue that's a extensive argument breaking out and ruining the holiday for each individual then.

I would do anything and everything to keep her under control until you get your stuff back. Once you're married and the ball is in your court, I would write her off completely. Anybody that throws her own sister under the bus and murders her unborn babies isn't somebody you need in your life. And if you don't believe me, read your question out loud to your husband to be to see what he thinks!!!!!!!

She sounds cray-zay. Call the police to escort you to the apartment and collect your things, and then give your sister lots and lots of time alone. She's got issues, and she sounds toxic. You don't need the drama.

i would start with your fiance and tell him the whole story. that way he has a heads up when she tried to contact him. you can send someone over to the house with a police escort to get your things back if needed.

My hubby says to spill the beans to her husband if he doesn't know already. Plan a meeting w/him & the house, pick up the stuff, tell him, and then leave.
