Wow that's a lot. I would complain. When there is a storm the electricity will flicker quickly, but for no more than a few seconds. Once every 2 or 3 months it will mess up my alarm clock and go out for more than a minute. Once there was a blackout and we didn't have electricity for almost a day and a half.

Generally, once a year. Just last week it was off for 8 hours and then on for 3 or 4 and then off for 2 hours again. Maybe we are safe for two years.;)

Usually each time I get a point for answering a question the electricity goes off. You should see what it did when I made top contributor.
